Q: How do you describe the customer experience you offer in System integration?

A: The needs of all our clients are very specific and have various degrees of complexity. We therefore make it a priority to analyze the project thoroughly and adapt our offer accordingly.

Our Integration team is composed of:

o A Team of Representatives and Experts in audio, video and lighting, who walk clients through their technology choices based on their needs, timelines and budgets
o A Projects Management Office, that ensures project management and equipment installation, along with clients’ consultants and contractors
o A Custom Manufacturing Team, composed of technicians and craftsmen, who conceptualize and produce tailored solutions to deliver the project seamlessly and down to the finest detail (transport cases, cabling, aluminium plates, electrical distribution, etc.)
o A Service Department, certified by manufacturing partners, which manages manufacturer’s warranties, ensures preventative maintenance, and offers numerous post-installation services including 24/7 equipment surveillance.

Q: How do you stay in the game and ahead of competition?

A: Choice
Our partnership with over 300 leading manufacturers in the world and our buying power allow us to supply our customers with any brands they choose or need, at competitive prices.

Location
Our nine strategically placed offices in North America enable us to service the market very efficiently.

Hiring and training
We are growing rapidly. We therefore put a lot of effort in sourcing talent and continuously improving our benefits, since we must compete with the gaming and IT industry for talent. We are very thorough about who we hire and spend a lot of time training our resources to make sure they follow industry trends and are able to best serve and advise their clients.

Emerging market segments
Our team constantly searches for new opportunities in emerging market segments.

Our latest work surrounding SMART CITIES has allowed Solotech to carve out a niche in the public sector, notably for digital signage, electronic traffic signs, and much more!

We have also been surfing along the ever-evolving customer experience in SPORT EVENTS AND VENUES. No matter how technology can enhance attendees’ experience (signage, interactive lighting and sound, ultra-performing sound systems), Solotech goes out of its way to design the best solution possible, source the most suitable technology, install and maintain all seamlessly so that operations can continue without fail.
