Q: Can you give us more insights into the technology behind Frank.ai?

A: Frank is building a cross-channel platform powered by AI. Super easy-to-use — it takes less than 5 minutes to set up a campaign and then “Frank” takes over from there. We’re also building the smartest advertising specialist “brain” in the world, with the ultimate goal for our clients to achieve better results and improved insights in regards to how different channels work together. Ultimately, this will help them to make better decisions while investing their media budget. We’re looking into cross-channel attribution (touch points in addition to all conversions). We’re looking to transform data from numbers into actionable insights; we’re currently working on implementing a dashboard to give a real-time overview of cross-channel campaigns. We’re all about revolutionizing how small businesses (1-20K / month budget) approach (well, succeed, actually!) with online advertising. Machine learning and AI technology combined with big data make it all possible.

Q: What are your plans for next four months?

A: We’re constantly building new features and onboarding new clients. Over the next 4 month we’re planning to keep focusing on adding more and more services to our platform to keep both our existing clients and new clients, very happy. We’re also planning to raise more money to accelerate the growth of the business.

Q: Who is your ideal user and why?

A: Our ideal user is a small business with a paid advertising budget of 1-20k per month (for example, a B2C eCommerce business). There are many advanced advertising platform out there, but most of them are designed to serve large enterprise clients with seemingly unlimited resources. Our solution is designed for companies who don’t have access to these same advantages that come when you have deep pockets.
