Below is our recent interview with Bianca Marques, Digital Marketing Specialist at LinkNow Media:
Q: For those who haven’t heard of it, what is the best way to describe LinkNow Media?
A: LinkNow Media is a marketing agency that specializes in search engine optimization and web design. Our goal is to provide small business owners with an affordable website and marketing solution. We understand that small business owners don’t have time to invest in a web presence, so we are here to take control and give them peace of mind.
Q: What would you say is the hardest part of your job?
A: We’re always racing to keep up with Google. Google’s algorithm is constantly changing so we must change with it. We’re always updating and modifying our processes so that our clients have up to date marketing practices in place.
There’s a lot going on in terms of SEO marketing, so passing that information on to our clients in a way anyone can understand is also a challenge. We’re always making sure that our staff is prepared to address the questions our clients have about the latest SEO practices.
Q: Who are your clients and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?
A: Our clients are mom and pop shops. Small to medium sized businesses covering over 75 different industries from plumbers, landscapers, general contractors to salons. Some come to completely redo their websites, but many come to us to establish their first website. We have clients that have a clear plan of what they want and some who are not tech savvy and want our team to take the lead – either way our design team is always up for the challenge. With the help of our welcome team who will walk our clients through the process, our design team will know exactly what is needed to make our clients happy and successful online.
Our mindset is about helping new clients find their way, and supporting our existing clients as they grow their businesses. Our account executives make that possible. They check in with our clients regularly and make sure that we are still in line with what their goals are and make a point of getting to know them and their business.
Q: What are your clients saying about you? Are they happy?
A: Our clients love the personalized service they get from us. We make sure that they know that no matter what they’re paying us, everyone matters. A few things that have been mentioned are that we really do have a great understanding of our client’s needs, we have a great response time for questions, and we are proactive, keeping up to date with how information should be delivered for online success.
Clients are loving our Members Area; they can make requests for changes or ask questions easily. The Members Area is especially useful for those who are on the road all day and don’t want to spend time on the phone. We also added the ability to chat with a customer service representative right through our website – so both potential and existing clients can get their questions answered in minutes.
Q: What’s next for LinkNow Media? Do you have plans to grow, expand or diversify?
A: Our biggest efforts in 2019 will be to continue improving our services for Marketing and Customer Experience alike. Seeking out the newest ways to market our clients online, getting them the best return on their investment. We’re working on modifying our processes to improve and streamline our Welcome Department so they can assist our clients in the most efficient way possible. We want to invest in educating our clients and getting them a little more involved in the process. This will ensure we have an open line of communication and our clients get what they want – more clients!
