Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Realeflow?

A: I started Realeflow in 2006 after many years as an active real estate investor. I was having success but noticed I was spending a lot of time working in my business instead of my business working for me. I developed Realeflow to automate many of the time consuming tasks involved in finding, funding, and flipping real estate. Today, 12 years later, I’m proud to say that Realeflow is the only complete SAAS solution that was designed to meet every need for the modern-day real estate investor. Q: Can you give us insights into your features?

A: One of Realeflow’s most powerful features, Leadpipes, provides investors with access to nationwide buyer, private lender, and seller leads, which include both off-market and on-market property listings updated daily.

Realeflow also provides a completely integrated marketing solution, allowing investors to market to their leads automatically using Direct Mail and/or Mobile Marketing.

This marketing solution includes a robust Direct Mail Engine, giving investors the ability to launch multi-touch handwritten direct mail campaigns to hundreds or thousands of leads with a simple push of a button.

Realeflow’s Repair Estimator and Rehab Planner, allow real estate investors of every level to assess property repairs on the first visit and create complete rehab plans without the need for a contractor. Realeflow has also integrated this tool with Home Depot so the components necessary for each rehab can be as specific as the product model number, Home Depot SKU, and Internet number.

Realeflow’s Comp Engine and Deal Analyzer tools integrate multiple data sources, allowing real estate investors to analyze deals from the comfort of their office in a matter of minutes, rather than the hours this type of task usually requires.

Q: Your latest product – Leadpipes Premium seems very interesting. How exactly does it work?

A: Leadpipes is your own private search engine and the ultimate shortcut for generating quality real estate leads fast. Investors can search for, and download, thousands of buyer, seller, and private lender leads in their area daily. Leadpipes Premium offers more hyper-targeted lead types than any other real estate data provider and, with our new multi-dimensional filtering, users can now layer multiple lead types on top of one another to create “Superlists” of prospects. Users can instantly gather tax assessor data, deed and mortgage information, and legal records as well as search for leads by specific owner or property types. Most importantly, we’ve added the most powerful data of all, people data. Every property has a story, and with access to people-centric data like private lenders, renters, flippers, bankruptcy data and probate data, investors can get a better understanding of the unique situations for every potential deal that they’re interested in.

Launched last year, Leadpipes Premium has been an ongoing labor of love from the start of development to continuing updates and optimizations; it’s THE tool for uncovering every high-profit real estate deal in any area of the country.

Q: Parcel Data Mapping is a new feature you’ve recently added to Leadpipies Premium; could you tell us something more?

A: We’ve combined our powerful Leadpipes data with property parcels, which means that we now have 140+ million geospatial polygons covering 99% of the U.S. population.

Not only have we paired these polygons with Leadpipe’s data, but we then layered this data on top of Mapbox’s award winning mapping technology.

What this means is you get a visual representation of data sets like Loan to Value, Vacancies, Square Footage, Lot Size, Last Sale Price, and Cash Buyer. Selecting any of these data sets will populate the map with a color-coded representation of the parcel. It gives real estate investors the ability to map out all of the high-profit real estate deals in their area so they can pick & choose the ones that they want. There’s nothing like it in our industry and based on the feedback we’re getting from our users, it’s proving to be a very powerful feature.

Q: What makes you stand out from your competition?

A: It’s our WHY. Our team, as well as our software, has won multiple awards including Outside Magazine’s Best Places to work and inclusion in the Inc. 500 list. However, this is not how we measure our success. We are committed to helping our customers achieve freedom in their life – that’s really what we’re doing here. We’re not as worried about selling software, or helping people buy and sell real estate, as we are excited about helping people achieve the freedom in their lives that they deserve. We are extremely excited and proud to provide a tool that helps empower more people to do their first real estate deal without all the headaches and hassles that I had to deal with when I was getting started 15 years ago but, again, that goes back to helping people get started on their path to freedom.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: Realeflow continually works to meet the ongoing and ever changing needs of our customers and always strives to be at the forefront of the industry by continually introducing new products and ideas to the marketplace.
