SurveySparrow, a cloud-based customer experience platform, it is the world’s first survey software to offer both a conversational and form-like output, increasing the survey completion rate by 40 per cent. Below is our recent interview with Sebastian Thomas, from SurveySparrow:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to SurveySparrow?
A: SurveySparrow allows users to create and share mobile-first, conversational surveys. Founded in October 2017 by Shihab Muhammed and Subin Sebastian, SurveySparrow has offices in Kochi and Palo Alto. It has raised $1.4 million in seed funding from Prime Venture Partners, a venture capital company.
Q: You’ve recently announced $1.4m in Venture round; could you tell us something more?
A: Yes, we plan to use the fresh funds in product development and build it into a continuous improvement platform.
Q: Could you tell us more about your products and features?
A: SurveySparrow allows users to create and share mobile-first, conversational surveys which are engaging and user-friendly. We currently offer ability to create any types of including Customer Satisfaction surveys (CSAT), Customer Effort Score (CES), Net promoter score (NPS), Employee Satisfaction survey (ESAT), Employee 360, etc.
Q: Can you provide some real world use-cases of your platform?
A: SurveySparrow can be used at any place where you want to gather information digitally. Its just a 3 step process i.e.
1. Build your survey with the questions
2. Design your survey with colors, font, css, branding etc
3. Share the survey over email, SMS, web, app, links, social, etc.
Once you have gathered the responses, we provide the ability to analyse them using the in-built reporting capabilities.
Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: The plan to establish ourselves as the leaders in the category with its unique spin on UI, moving surveys away from antiquated forms to conversations. We are planning to hire across engineering, product development, marketing, and inside sales in the coming months.
